[livejournal.com profile] cattitude and I slept in a bit, and had a lazy morning. Eventually I made us cheese omelettes for lunch, and then went to the gym. A good workout, and then a quick stop in Chinatown, for roast duck to have for supper.

Cardio, 13 minutes, top heart rate 144 (I didn't have anything to read, so just did enough to count as a warm-up).
Calf machine, 65 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Bench press, 60 pounds, 12, 12, 9; 57.5 pounds, 3
Leg curl, 100 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Triceps pulldown, 50 pounds, 3 sets of 15. I had a bit of trouble with the last couple of reps on the third set of both this and the leg curl.
Adjustable row, 100 pounds, 3 sets of 15

Crunches, 4 sets of 20
Back arches, 2 sets of 17
Back lift with physio ball, 17, 18
Yoga tree, 4 sets of {2 on each leg}

Bicep curls, 40-pound bar, 4. 35-pound bar, 3 sets of 15
Leg press, 265 pounds, 3 sets of 13
