I put in seven hours doing database update and data entry stuff today, at the place that occasionally calls me and asks if I'm still available for this. Unfortunately, while the building is heated, it leaks somewhat, and I was drinking tea as much for warmth as for caffeine or flavor. More unfortunately, they don't have enough decent chairs, so I spent much of the afternoon in repeated futile attempts to raise the chair I was sitting in enough to be comfortable typing. This meant, in the end, that I cut my workout short because my forearms hurt. (The gym was also more crowded than I've gotten used to, because I got there around 5:30, like many other people.)

They want me back tomorrow, to print labels (based on this database update), and possibly to do other mailing-related stuff. It should all be easier on my hands and arms.

Do you ever use those ugly orange spandex things on your hands when doing data entry and other repetitive tasks. I find they help a bit with providing warmth and support.
