I wrote this as a comment to quility, who is thinking about job interviews and the weird questions interviewers ask:

My biggest flaw is that I can't come up with clever answers to questions rather than telling the truth: I want to provide people with useful information.

Hmm. Risky, but I may have to try it.

I too always answer interview questions honestly. One supervisor told me I turned out to be more like my interview persona than anyone else he'd ever hired. I really feel they ought to know what they're getting.
