I wrote this as a comment to quility, who is thinking about job interviews and the weird questions interviewers ask:

My biggest flaw is that I can't come up with clever answers to questions rather than telling the truth: I want to provide people with useful information.

Hmm. Risky, but I may have to try it.

Nasty business. Malcolm Gladwell says that "Tell me your biggest flaw" means "describe a strength and call it a flaw."
