I didn't take the poll, because I am of two minds. Or heads.
There's the part of me which thinks all hair should be purple as often as it wants to. This is the head that has often been purple and misses it often. It wants to know what shade your neighbor was asking about, and recommends a deep violet purple, if possible, with the caveat that those kinds of purple are often more permanent than you might wish. That part is doing the dance of purple encouragement.
Then there's the part that is currently infatuated with the possibilities of non-reddish henna on white hairs. It wants me to tell you that your hair will be silky and strong and thankful, and that the wonderful effect of your natural grey streaks will still be there, and that those are better than artificial streaks people pay a lot for. This is the head that is currently wearing just those blond highlights, and is pretty happy about them.
Of course next week, there will only be the one head, the black haired one of winter and contrast with pale skin. And it will be all taken with the delights of being able to wear red-red lipstick.
As for the job, if you find one you can respect, and can stand to loose a little respect for, and promise to save your soul from if it starts to feel as if it's going to kill it even just somewhat, then yes, sure. I could see you being good at retail, and maybe even getting pleasure out of it, if it were somewhere you might be helpful to people.
And chocolate: I think I saw some in the store, with cognac. Have to go now.
