I'm getting back into it: a whole 15 minutes of cardio, this time, and took some of the weights back up to their usual.

Cardio, 15 minutes, top heart rate 151: stopped because I got dizzy.

Calf machine, 40 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Assisted chin-up, set at 19: 10, 5
Hip adduction, 105 pounds: 13, 16
Hip abduction, 95 pounds, 9: my right hip objected. (I've been having enough problems on this that I should probably drop this machine from my workout altogether for a while.)

Bench press, 50 pounds: 13, 9
Seated leg curl, 80 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Tricep pulldown, 40 pounds, 15, 15, 11
Lat pulldown, 65 pounds, 2 sets of 12

Crunches, 4 sets of 20
Back arch, 3 sets of 16
Yoga tree

Bicep curls, 30-pound bar, 3 sets of 15
Leg press, 230 pounds, 2 sets of 12

you are very brave!

i always feel like a new bouncier version of myself after gym, unfortunately persuading myself inside succeeds on very rare occasions only..

cunning trick!

my mother has stepped in to help me actually - we will go together, and i will show up in anticipation of the nice chat afterwards. mmm.

if it was not for the violently repulsive testosterone-drowned "look at my muscles, darling" fake tan local lad types, purley gym might actually be a nice place!
