I'm still not back at the gym: sometime this coming week, I hope. But I pulled out the mat, and did some bicep curls (8-pound dumbbell, 3 sets of 20 reps each hand), and then 4 sets of 20 crunches and 3 sets of 16 back arches. It's a start.

Where did you get your workout plan? I joined Curves, and it's a good 1/2 hour workout, but I also do abs stuff at home and have 4 free weights, which I work out in front of the TV with.

Talked to a regular gym a couple of weeks ago, and that would be more of a workout, but I have to be working full time before I can afford it. But they had a personal trainer, and I don't really know what I'm doing. I just know I would like abs.
