I think I got about five hours' sleep last night. The problem isn't that I'm up and typing at seven, it's that I think I've been mostly awake since about 4:30; I might have dropped off in there for a bit, but I spent a lot of time just lying in bed with my eyes closed.

The night before, I was up for about an hour, reading, and then got back to sleep.

Yes; I was up for a few hours in the middle of the night, and just read a similar report in another friend's journal. Something in the psychic ether of the world?
