cattitude bought some Brillat-Savarin cheese this afternoon, and after he talked about it a bit, I asked for a taste. I liked it, enough that I want to make a note of this here.
Ahhh, fond memories of my father-in-law getting a round of Brillat-Savarin every time we him in Burgundy, and the way it didn't last very many evenings between us. Occasionally I see it in Waitrose here and get it for a treat.
