rysmiel. The trip yesterday was about as pleasant as it could have been, starting with a Lyft driver who had his window wide open. So I opened the window on my side all the way, and lowered my mask: I was going to be masking for quite long enough, in two airports, on the plane, and then on the bus and metro from the airport to rysmiel's home.
Last night I was pleasantly surprised that my joints dond't hurt despite walking (mostly in airports). They started bothering me this morning, but I went out anywaym because I needed to go to aTD bank branch and reset my PIN. Which has to be done in person, when they're open. But that is taken care of, and we did a little shopping, including for some things I forgot to pack. I always know I can buy most things other than prescription drugs if I forget to pack them, but I usually don't need to. This time, I needed floss and toothpaste (I did bring toothpaste, but I grabbed the wrong flavor when I was packing; Tom's of Maine now uses packaging that makes it very clear what company's toothpaste it is, and not at all clear what flavor.
We are planning to get together with a friend tomorrow or Saturday, and not do much else, because I need to be careful of my joints and possible covid exposure.
