The content here is that the usurper won't be in New York on the 11th, which is fine with me.
The reference is to a headline the same paper printed in 1975, about another unelected president: "Ford to city: Drop dead." That was after he said the feds wouldn't bail the city out of a financial crisis (which we're still paying off). That headline may not have cost Ford the 1976 election, but it sure didn't help.
