I called the lawyer today, and:

He has not gotten his copy of the letter I received Saturday

We are planning to submit additional evidence. I read "am submitting" as meaning "have submitted with the request for reconsideration," and he thinks it means "am going to submit."

Yes, having already gotten the message about them sending the reconsideration to another medical examiner is unusually fast.

He is going to call them for clarification, and will get back to me in a couple of days.
