My dentist's office has two contact methods on their website: a phone number, and a text box labeled "ask us a question."
I used the "question" box to send them a complaint about lack of masking by staff, and that this is a danger to me and other patients. I didn't say that this dangerous carelessness might stop me from returning, but depending on the answer, it might. I also didn't point out that their sign isn't even as good as the posters on the MBTA.
What I did say:
I had my teeth cleaned at your Watertown office on Wednesday.
On previous visits, you had good covid protocols, including masking.
This time, the sign on the door said that masks were optional, and please respect people who choose to wear them, as if masking is the odd choice.
I interacted with four staff members during my visit during my visit. The only one who was masking properly was my hygienist, who was wearing an N95 mask. The other three had medical masks, but weren't wearing them properly.
There's no excuse for your staff to be unmasked, in a medical office where the patients have to be unmasked while we're being treated.
I'm on immune-suppressant drugs, and your careless attitude toward masking is dangerous for me and other patients.
Given that this is Friday December 23rd, I would be very surprised to hear from them before Tuesday.

I'd check and make sure they're open next week before expecting a response then. Many offices say the heck with it and close down entirely between Christmas and New Year's.

Hope you didn’t catch anything while you were there.
(Season’s greetings btw!)
