Where are you getting your numbers ? Environment Canada (http://weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/forecast/city_e.html?yul) says high of 28 today and low of 13 on Sunday and they are usually pretty reliable.
y'know it occurred to me since i started putting things in the suitcase that going North this time of year, sometimes it gets considerably cooler. my answer, instead of summer vacation stuff, pack six-months-abroad all-possibilities-covered launder-in-hotel-room minimum. that takes care of everything short of winter temperatures.
