I have a similar decision-making test: in "normal" times, I usually feel like I'd be better off if I pushed myself to do things, a bit. So my thought is usually "If I don't have a compelling why not, I should do it." But last spring, I realized that in pandemic times, that's flipped. "If I don't have a compelling why, I shouldn't do it."
