I have bad eyesight, use composites for both walking and reading, and cataracts so that I cannot see even the distance to my hands without it being fuzzy. I have to rely on sound to hear cars etc. approaching at crosswalks if I can't see thru my glasses (and I have no peripheral vision from the cataracts).
I always carry a pocket package of tissues with me when I am out to try to deal with he moisture, but when we hit days like today (100% humidity rating when I woke up today and hanging between 80% and 100%) I can't travel as there is no way to use my glasses effectively. I need old school motorcycle goggles or some such that fit over them or something...
