today I talked to Mom in the morning, and since then, have overstrained my shoulder. Maybe too much mousing while looking at grocery website, and I am fairly sure that the one upper body exercise I decided would be a good idea wasn't. I have applied heat a couple of times. right now it's an ice pack, mostly as a short-term painkiller while the pills I just took have time to sleep/
