I spent something like 40 minutes in a Zoom meeting before the organizer said that for this one, we'd be dialing each number from our cell phones (instead of using the HubDialer software, which makes the calls for you. Which means lots of tapping at the touchscreen keyboard on my iPhone. I managed half a dozen, logged out, went back to Zoom, and said "sorry, can't do this, I'm going to go back to calling Arizona" (last week's first phone bank, which used HubDialer).
I didn't try connecting to that phone bank right then, and I suspect I won't tonight, because my left wrist and hip are both hurting a little, which makes everything harder.

I don't know whether this will make it less scary, but they provide scripts and want you to stay on/close to the script, which I find helps with "but what will I say?"
They're also looking for people to do text banking, if that's less scary.
