Today I did nothing worthy of note, as was mostly a combination of self-care and taking care of cattitude. We have eaten real food--actual meals, sitting at the table together--played Scrabble, and petted the cats.

I have done stretching and PT, and ordered groceries for delivery tomorrow. Nothing momentous, but used more executive function than I had available before lunch.

That's a good amount of work. All those things take energy, for sure. Though most also give back. I love a good game of Scrabble
