Has anyone proposed using nano-technology to make a very, very small camel that would easily fit through the eye of a needle? —Daniel Weinreb

Hey, how do YOU know Dan? He's one of the core folks in North Cambridge Family Opera (where I've been doing makeup for 2 years)! And he and his wife and son have been coming to my crazy Seder for 2 years, also.

*grin* Terrific quote. What good is technology if you can't have a little fun?

That dredged up an old memory -- did you ever have or see one of those beans containing a number of very tiny ivory (or ivory-looking) elephants? These days I'm sure it would be no problem to churn out lots of sub-needle-eye-sized laser-cut camels.

It would probably be easier to just make a really big needle.

I like that -- using nanotechnology to make a camel-sized needle, rather than a needle-sized camel. Hah!
