She said "This is a weird list because it's a mix of countries, cities and states. (Both Florida and Miami? Colorado and Denver?)

I've added all the Canadian provinces, because dammit, if Chicago gets it's own entry so should Vancouver."

In the interests of manageability, I'm removing some places that neither she nor I have been to from the list before adding some of my own. I suspect that the city/state overlap is because one person put in a city, and another had been to a different part of the state.

I am not adding every US state I've been to, nor counting cities I only changed planes in.
