I had physical therapy for my knee this morning, and this may be the last session, depending on how I feel in the next weeks. We did some exercises (but fewer than last time), and the therapist asked how I had been feeling. I told her that I'd done a lot of stairs Friday, mostly going into the T, and then walked a bunch on Saturday and the knee was basically fine after both of those, though I was worn out on Sunday.

Based on that, on my reported pain levels during the exercises she saw me do, and maybe other things, the therapist thinks I may not need any more PT, just exercise at home. She also said I can reduce the frequency of these exercises from 6 days a week to 3 or 4. So, I will do that (and maybe try to go back to 3 days/week for the shoulder stuff), and depending on how I feel, possibly call for another appointment in a week or two. (I have a doctor's appointment next Wednesday, and then am going away for the weekend.)

Then I had lunch with [personal profile] cattitude, went to the farmers market with him, and bought another quart of strawberries and some cheese.
