I took a bunch of photos in the park this morning. Here's one; the other eight are at my Flickr page as rosvicl. Trees, snow, water, and fences, with a bit of playing with perspective and contrast.

This is posted via the Flickr "blog it" feature; I'm currently having no luck getting a version onto Dreamwidth, and may just link to here.

"Blog it" doesn't seem to work with Dreamwidth, though I think I managed it once very early on -- I believe DW uses a protocol that Flickr promptly stopped supporting. I use the "grab the HTML" method instead, which appears to work fine but doesn't get you the text to go with the image.

Nice pictures. You're the second person this morning to remind me that northern England is not the coldest, greyest place on the planet right now -- and there's beauty even in cold and grey.

Thank you. They seem to have changed the "grab the HTML," and the FAQ about the change confused me. (It didn't help that I was having trouble with the DW preview feature; that's why this isn't a crosspost as usual.)
