I've had better workouts: I got a bunch done, but then stopped two different exercises in mid-set because something hurt. At that point, I showered, changed, and went home.

Leg press, 280 pounds, 3 sets of 15 (I think, I got distracted, it might have only been two sets)
Chest press, 50 pounds, 12; 45 pounds, 7
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 17
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 15 with each leg forward; 40 pounds, 15 each
Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 2 sets of 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}
Balance lateral raise, 2.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
Balance squats, 13
Biceps curl, 7.5 pounds each hand, 13; left hand only, another 7
[no stretches--I stopped the biceps curls because of a sudden muscle ache in my right upper arm, and didn't want to risk the stretch machine without the safety straps, in case that arm was in worse shape than I thought]
