I didn't have a huge amount of time or energy to spare this evening, but I wanted to get some weight-lifting in. (Walking is also exercise, but it doesn't satisfy all the same desires.) So, half a dozen things:
Cardio, 11 minutes, top heart rate 150
Leg press, 280 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 13
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 17
Wrist curls, 25 pounds, 2 sets of 15
Crunches, 30
Back arches, 7: right shoulder was twinging, and I try to be a bit careful of that joint, so I stopped.
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 20; 7.5 pounds each, 20
Balance lateral raise, 2.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
Stretches
