Once again, working around physical issues, but I hadn't exercised since last weekend, and not been to the gym in longer than that (bouncing around to VNV Nation is good cardio exercise as well as a lot of fun, but it's not weights and balance stuff). [Also, I am getting a bit tired of this monsoon season. It's another plausible, rainy May evening. On the 23rd of July.]

This time, I was being careful of the right upper arm, which has been feeling tender and/or sore on and off for a week or so. No biceps curls, none of the not-exactly-fly I do for balance, and less of other upper body stuff.

Cardio, 15 minutes, top heart rate 135
Leg press, 260 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 50 pounds, 12
Calf raise, 80 pounds, 15; 70 pounds, 2 sets of 15. Increased the weight for that one set mostly to make up for, on some mental level, the upper stuff I wasn't going to do.
Wrist curl, 25 pounds, 10, 6

Crunches, 2 sets of 30
Back arches, 14 (around 10 the right shoulder said that those muscles were part of this, at 14 I concluded that I'd better stop. Shoulder issues are also why only 2 sets of crunches)
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}
Hip adduction, 95 pounds, 2 sets of 13
Hip abduction, 75 pounds, 12

About 45 seconds of walking in place on the balance surface; no lateral raise because that's a shoulder thing
Balance squats, 2 sets of 15

[Skipped the stretch machine because the safety straps are still missing and I didn't want to risk strain on the shoulder, nor what might happen if it slipped.]
And it transpires that this wasn't a serious layoff, I was at the gym last Thursday.
