Trying the importer

I'm importing a bunch of stuff from LJ to Dreamwidth; if I have this set as I think I do, it will be grabbing almost everything, but only one icon (I have lots on LJ, and room for six on DW), and not the userinfo. (All these are options.)

I still probably won't crosspost everything, if only out of laziness and the ways that this client works. Is anyone actively working on posting clients for Dreamwidth, or updating the existing ones to crosspost better?

I've got a set of instructions for dual-posting to LJ & DW using Semagic. From what the instructions say, once it's set up it's trivial. Want me to send them to you?

I expect Semagic will come pre-configured with DW in the next release.

DW has a page on clients and crossposting but I'm far too lazy to go find it again (I've posted it for at least three other people so far).

Sure. The instructions I found, and followed, don't let me tag the posts, so I have to go back and edit tags on both sites. (I also have to fiddle with icons, but that's an effect of having many more icons on LJ than DW, it's not a Semagic error.)
