Cardio, 18:15, the machine said top heart rate 113 but I don't think I believe it.
Chest press, 55 pounds, 12; 50 pounds, 10
Seated calf raise, 40 pounds, 15; 55 pounds, 9; 45 pounds, 14
Wrist curl, 30 pounds, 15, 2. Tried the second set with the palms facing down, and this time the forearm hurt. (I usually, these days, do one set with palms up, then one with them down.)
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 2 sets of {15 with each leg forward}. I finished the last 15 on sheer stubbornness.
Hip adduction, 95 pounds, 12; 90 pounds, 9
Hip abduction, 70 pounds, 12, 10
Biceps curl, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
Crunches, 2 sets of 30
Back arches, 2 sets of 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}
Balance lateral raise, 2.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
