Cardio, 8 minutes, top heart rate 154 (I had nothing to read, hence the brevity and the high heart rate: I seem to push a bit more when I'm not reading, including when I put down the newspaper for a minute between stories.)
Leg press, 240 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 55 pounds, 12; 50 pounds, 10
Glute machine, 62.5 pounds, 8 left, 15 right; 50 pounds, 7 left
Wrist curls, 30-pound bar, 2 sets of 15
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20

Crunches, 2 sets of 30, 1 set of 20
Back arches, 2 sets of 17
Lift with 55-cm physio ball, 10. Either I'm misremembering how to do this, or I need not to have been doing lots of calf exercises first. (Not just the ones listed above, I've been doing calf raises on days off from the gym because they're easy to squeeze in at home.) After 10 I went back to crunches and did the third set, of 20
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}

Balance lateral raise, 2.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
Balance squats, 2 sets of 15
