Two decent workouts this week, which pleases me.

Cardio, 17 minutes plus one cool-down, top heart rate 154
(Technogym) Leg press, 200 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 55 pounds, 12, 11
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 15, 2 of them with the feet on the higher rest, because the machine seemed barely to have room to move on the lower (it needs oil, or something).
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 2 sets of {15 with each leg forward}
Cross-body pull (for the rotator cuff), 35 pounds, right hand, 15, 10

Crunches, 2 sets of 30
Back arches, 2 sets of 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}

Balance lateral raise, 2.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
Balance squats, 2 sets of 15
Wrist curls, 30 pounds, 2 sets of 15
Biceps curls, 8 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
