I spent too much time sitting up today, and of the time I spent lying down, too little actually napping. I realized this very shortly before dinner. I have now eaten (a bit of chicken briyani, very successful; some cucumber; a little applesauce) and taken my evening meds, including an entire vicodin, because my back and abs hurt. I am just waiting out 30 minutes after eating, and then I will Lie Down.
