This workout was brief, and too much of it felt like a slog. But I need to do it, even when it isn't fun.

Cardio, 15 minutes, top heart rate 136, mostly with resistance left at 7, a bit at 8 [I usually take it to 8 after 2-3 minutes, with bits at 9 or even 10]
Leg press, 220 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 55 pounds, 10
Calf raise, 80 pounds, 15; 70 pounds, 2 sets of 20
Glute machine, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 15 with each leg
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 10--stopped because the shoulder objected.
