I was concerned, this morning, that working out might be a problem because I woke up with my right arm hurting, but it seems my first guess was right--I'd slept on it wrong. But I did less upper-body stuff than I normally do, because of that.
Cardio, 16:30, top heart rate 151
Leg press, 220 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 65 pounds, 12; 60 pounds, 3 (and realized halfway through a fourth that my arms were done with that).
Calf raise, 80 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Balance ~fly, 55 pounds, 15 with each leg forward, then another 4 on the left side before thinking better of it
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20

Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Tree, six sets of {3 on each leg}

[And my shoulder just twinged as I was typing this.]
