I was feeling tense during the afternoon, and decided to go to the gym, since that often helps. I didn't really get into it, and did maybe half my normal workout. And I was tense again before I left the building the gym is in. Still, even a little is useful.
Cardio, 14 minutes (including 30 seconds cooldown), top heart rate 149
Chest press, 60 pounds, 12, 5
(Technogym) leg press, 220 pounds, 10; 160 pounds, 2 sets of 15. Knee still not great.
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 2 set of 15 with each leg forward
Balance lateral raise, 5 pounds each hand, 15; 2.5 pounds each, 15
Back and inner thigh stretches (1,5,6 on the usual stretch machine)

Rationally, I know that even a short workout is much better than nothing; nonetheless, I feel as though I should have done more (as in, it would have been better for me and my mood--but at the time I really didn't want to, so I stopped, stretched a little, and showered)
