I had a good workout this evening, good enough that one of the trainers commented that I'd done a thorough workout. My immediate response was "I'm trying to get back to where I should be," but he's right, it was a good workout, and thorough in a way that some recent ones hadn't been. Then there were A train problems (and absent and misleading announcements, or I'd have just taken the 1 from Times Square). At 125th, after handwaving about nonexistent congestion, they admitted to switching problems and took the train out of service. I grumbled, went upstairs, and started walking north on St. Nicholas, having forgotten that there's a hill and park between there and Broadway at 137th. So, a brief hop on a crowded M3 bus from about 140th, then a nice hike uphill on 145th, and the train home at Broadway. Call it an extra mile of cardio, on a nice night.

Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}
Biceps curl, 25-pound bar, 2 sets of 20
