No, this is a one-off, after serenejournal did one for herself for April. I figure that at the end of the month I'll have 31 things I like about myself, and can print it out or otherwise have it handy for easy reference.

When you started this list, I thought it would be a short one: five or six statements at the most -- but I've since realised that you're creating one for every day. Are you sure you've got 31 statements about yourself to hand for this exercise?
