Leaning
forward seems to be what hurts, and stresses the muscles. The subway
seats are good because I sit up straight; working at computers is
problematic because it's hard not to lean forward at least a
little.

This morning, having realized this, I spent less time looking
at Web stuff while cattitude and I got ready, and took the
time to do my foot/leg stretches instead. That could be called leaning
forward, but seems to hurt less, and in any case is good for another
part of the body.
Given all this, I may/should be online less; in
particular, I'm likely to be on IM less. Telephone is fine: I can sit on
the couch and talk.
