Yesterday I did less than usual, and mostly upper-body stuff (because my knees were feeling sore). I came home with sore arms, but they're better this morning.
Hip abduction: 95 pounds, 12, 8
Hip adduction: 110 pounds, 14, 8+2
Cardio: 16:37 (stopped because my knees weren't happy)
Bench press: 50 pounds, 12, 10, 10 (but on that last rep I only got the weights halfway up)
Seated leg curl: 75 pounds, 17, 15
Triceps pulldown: 40 pounds, 2 sets of 15; 30 pounds, 20
Crunches, 4 sets of 20
Back arches, 3 sets of 15
Biceps curls: 30 pounds, 3 sets of 20
Wrist curl, 3 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
