I made it in the sense that I'm posting from Arlington (
adrian_turtle is still in bed, lucky woman).
Somehow, I grabbed what I thought I needed for the trip, tossed it in a backpack, and then spent parts of yesterday realizing that I'd left useful things behind. Thus far, what I know I left behind includes my stuffed panda, and the chargers for both my PDA and my cell phone. I almost left my medicine behind, because the first run of packing was entirely clothing.
I also got in a brief, odd-shaped workout yesterday (no cardio or lower-body stuff, because my calf is still sore), and had a pleasant lunch with
roadnotes and
baldanders. And I dozed a bit on the bus, which is useful.
The problem with no cardio is that I wasn't properly warmed up; this may be why my right shoulder isn't happy at the moment.

~Fly, 50 pounds, 15 each. The set with the left foot forward and the right stretching backward hurt a bit in the calf.
