I may have been overoptimistic in my earlier comments about my fall. There's at least one bruise I overlooked last night (or that hadn't come to the surface by then), and overall I'm moving slowly and cautiously, and not pleased by this.

Oh dear. Take care of yourself. Will it be a problem to skip the workout for a couple of days, or do a modified version?
