Between feeling low energy while walking through the park this morning, and a bit of indigestion after lunch, I was afraid I wouldn't be up for exercise, but I made it. I did things out of the usual order, because of machines that were in use when I wanted them, and wound up not getting to the leg press.
Cardio, 21 minutes, top heart rate 148--but it only got above 140 around minute 18, after I ran out of newspaper.

Wrist curls, 30 pounds, 2 sets of 15
Calf machine, 75 pounds, 13, 10; 70 pounds, 10

Tree, 4 sets of {2 on each leg}
Bicep curl, 25 pounds, 3 sets of 20
My left wrist twinged at the very end of that, so I decided that while my legs might be up for the leg presses, I didn't want to be carrying 45-pound weight plates. So, I stretched, showered, and went off to buy clementines.
