I'd like to thank everyone who's been spreading "I want peas" as a meme--because I came home from the fancy supermarket today with two pounds of fresh green peas, at 89¢ a pound.

Also cookies, olivies, scallions, and other good stuff--and one of the two things that had been on my shopping list, namely a quart of yogurt.

For the record, gym numbers:

Hip adduction, 105 pounds: 15, 14, 12 reps
Hip abduction, 95 pounds: 3 sets of 12

Cardio, 33 minutes, top heart rate 153. I didn't get into the 140s until past 20 minutes, and that top number was around minute 29.

Bench press, 50 pounds: 12, 10+2, 6+3
Seated leg curl, 80 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Triceps pulldown, 30 pounds, 3 sets of 15 (two holding near the middle of the rope, then one next to the handles. During set 3, Bob the trainer walked by and said "Good form".)
Adjustable row, 110 pounds: 12, 12, 8+5

Crunches, 4 sets of 20. Back arches, 3 sets of 15. Cat-and-camel, tree

Biceps curls, 35 pounds, 3 sets of 15. I did them sitting on a bench with a built-in back, for lower back support. This worked well, unlike leaning back against the wall, which made my back hurt.
Lateral raise, 5 pounds per hand, 2 sets of 15.
Seated leg press, 140 pounds, 3 sets of 15
