cattitude and I have done quite a bit of cleaning today. In particular, the little dining table [1] is now clear, as is the couch. I'm also making progress on the table in the area off the kitchen that was probably intended as a dining room [2]; in the course of all this, I've found some refrigerator magnets that the cat had hidden in odd places, and restored them to the refrigerator. Between that and the set of animal ones we got at the Biodome, the fridge is quite colorful.

[1] Okay, it started life as a card table, but it fits neatly in the available space and is fine for a two-person household.
[2] We eat in the living room, which is something like 12×20 feet.
