I did what I consider my basic short workout: cardio, the "express line" weight/resistance machines, and my mat work.
Cardio 24 minutes, top heart rate 140.
Express line, 12 reps of each. The 390 pounds on the leg press is still at the edge of my strength, and I felt as though I wouldn't get through 12 lat pulldowns, but I did. We'll add 5 pounds to the shoulder press next time.
Crunches, 4 sets of 20. Back arch, 3 sets of 17. Tree, 4 sets of {2 on each leg}; easier on right leg, as is often the case.
