I've overused my hands the last few days. Sore fingers and wrists. Some of that is from an old injury--a chipped wrist bone about 20 years ago--so I pulled out the wrist brace and wore it last night, mostly as a reminder to take it easy.

This means I need to stop playing computer games for a bit, and go easy on other stuff. I'm putting the gym off to tomorrow, on the theory that I don't want to limit myself to lower-body exercises. Besides, that gives the arm muscles that I pushed hard on Saturday another day to rest up. Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday and Monday/Thursday/Saturday work equally well as exercise schedules for three times a week.
