A piece of proofreading work arrived by email, with a request to rush it if possible. Since I wasn't doing anything else at that point in the day, I did it right away and sent it back. That finished the proofreading for that issue of the magazine in question, and I have sent an invoice.
Afterwards, I went for a walk. I didn't exactly want to go, but I hadn't been further than the yard in a few days, and the sun was out, so I put on a mask and a jacket and went. By the time I'd walked a block and dropped a letter in the mailbox, I was enjoying myself, even though my feet hurt a bit, and I went a bit further than I'd expected.
