For tomorrow:

  • psych appointment (by phone), e-check-in beforehand
  • exercise (do some of the shoulder exercises)
  • more proofreading? (job isn't due until the 10th)

Depending on how much time and energy those take, think about cooking, maybe even baking something, but there's plenty of food in the house, including two kinds of cookies, and more than enough bread for a while.

ETA: I just noted this elsewhere: the proofreading job isn't particularly difficult or strenuous, but it's near the limits of how much I can work without over-straining myself.

Throw in that everything is about 30% harder these days...
