I did a few minutes on the cardio bike this morning, in between the other, more interesting exercises. I would like to make a habit of this—it's all very well to observe that the hills around here could be a cardio exercise program, but I haven't been using them that way—but I don't know if it will happen. The cardio is boring. Yes, that's subjective, and plenty of people would thing the rest of my workout is the boring part, but they aren't the ones who need to motivate themselves for this.
