I did a few minutes on the cardio bike this morning, in between the other, more interesting exercises. I would like to make a habit of this—it's all very well to observe that the hills around here could be a cardio exercise program, but I haven't been using them that way—but I don't know if it will happen. The cardio is boring. Yes, that's subjective, and plenty of people would thing the rest of my workout is the boring part, but they aren't the ones who need to motivate themselves for this.



Squats 3 sets of 15
Calf raises 3 sets of 15
Crunches 3 sets of 15
Left arm biceps curl 15 pounds: 15, 12, 12 (the first set of 15 because I forgot I was trying to do sets of 12 on this now)
Cardio bike 6:00 top heart rate 140 (I'd set myself a five-minute target, but the heart rate was looking good enough around 4:45 that I went a little longer)
Left hand lat pulldown 22.5 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Left hand triceps pulldown 20 pounds, 2 sets of 12
Leg curls 80 pounds, 2 sets of 12

Didn't do (left-hand-only) rowing because I expect to do some rowing with both arms at PT this afternoon, based on last session there.
