This was an "I don't have to want to exercise, I just have to do it" morning. As often happens, once I got started I got into something like a groove: it's still not hey wow fun, but I start thinking "that's three things, what's next?" In this case with a bit of caution: my left wrist is feeling a lot better than a week ago, but I still want to be cautious.
